Two halves of one soul, reunited in this lifetime.

A journey that began more than a decade ago, and long before either Patrik or Brittney could fully fathom the nature of the road God placed them on — or the destination — there was something uniquely special about their bond.

From the instant they first exchanged words, it was impossible to ignore the feelings of familiarity, comfort, safety, and protection they felt within one another; and the ease in which the power and depth of their love was formed.

It was as if their connection spanned into previous lifetimes and that, in this one, they were simply finding each other again after decades of their soul halves searching for its fated counterpart.

For she was always his, and he was always hers.

It was not a road without detours, or bridges that were held together solely by the potential they saw and felt in one another to be their Person. Time Itself often conspired, with physical distance as a co-conspirator, to try and prevent God’s Will from being done in their lives.

And His Will was always very clear: for them to become one.

So it was, and so it is, and so it shall always be.
